Matters.Town is a decentralized publishing and public-discourse platform built on IPFS. As UI/UX Designer and later Visual Director, I led iterative design across the product, its design system, and brand identity.
A ground-up redesign of the editor — the core writing surface — lifted post volume by 14.2%.
